The 21 foot Regent is a super luxurious, mid-sized unit with all the amenities you'd expect to find in a well appointed home. Completely climate controlled, this facility features hot and cold running water, lighted vanity mirrors, a stereo sound system, interior and exterior lighting, oak vanity cabinets, flush commodes and urinal, and separate entrance and exit doors for the ladies' and men's areas. Capacity:
The Regent will accommodate approximately 275 people (visits) per event day.

Dimensions:
21' Long x 8' Wide x 12' High. Total footprint is 29' x 13' including hitch
and drop-down stairs.

Ladies' Section:
3 private rooms with a commode. Double hand-washing sink and lighted
makeup mirror.

Men's Section:
1 private room with commode, plus 1 urinal, hand-washing sink,
and grooming area with lighted mirror.

Requires : Electrical hookup (30 Amp -110/120 AC) / Garden Hose connection for water supply.
Interior:
The clean lines and simple elegance of the Regent's interior create a pleasant environment where guests can freshen up.
Double sink and lighted mirror in the ladies' section; hand-washing sink, louvered cabin door and urinal niche in the men's section . Amenity baskets and flower arrangements are available.
